🥚 Eggles
➥ 5 eggs
➥ handful of broccoli
➥ 1 carrot
➥ mozzarella cheese
➥ avocado oil

· DIRECTIONS ·
1.Preheat your oven to 450 F
2. In a large bowl, crack 5 eggs and whisk until well incorporated.
3. Prep your vegetables by grating/mincing and mix with your egg.
4. In a well-coated donut pan, pour your egg mixture and cook in the oven for about 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle some mozarella cheese when taken out and set aside to cool.


🍱 Bento Box
➥ handful of mini sausages
➥ mayonnaise
➥ black sesame seeds
➥ boiled chicken breast
➥ white rice
➥ broccoli
➥ furikake

· DIRECTIONS ·
1. Prep your sausages by scoring your legs then boil in water for 5-10 minutes. Once cooled, place sesame seed eyes gently using mayonnaise as the glue.
2. Prep your rice balls by finely chopping your cooked chicken and broccoli. Then mix it in with white rice and furikake and form small balls by rolling in your hands.
3. Plate neatly in a box or plate and enjoy!

🍝 Yakisoba

➥ 1/4 onion
➥ 1 carrot
➥ 1/2 zucchini
➥ 3 garlic
➥ yakisoba noodle
➥ water
➥ 1 tsp of oyster sauce
➥ 1 tsp of soy sauce

· DIRECTIONS ·
1. Prep your vegetables by chopping into fine slices.
2. In a pan, cook your vegetables until cooked through.
3. Once vegetables begin to soften, add in your yakisoba noodles and place a little bit of water to help loosen the noodles.
4. Season your noodles by adding your oyster and soy sauce and cook until everything is incorporated.
